Serious Accident

Good morning Eric,
I saw the accident . It happened yesterday morning in the staff lounge.
Mrs. Smith slipped and fell as she was getting a cup of coffee.
There was some water on the floor and the tiles were slippy.
I called an ambulance because she hurt her back.
The paramedics took her to hospital.
I suggest that tea boys should mop the floor regularly to keep it dry.
